Shipping Policy

📦 Holiday Season Delivery

During peak seasons (such as holidays, Black Friday, or promotional periods), order processing and delivery times may be slightly delayed due to increased demand.

Last shipping day: Tuesday, February 6th, 14:00.

To accommodate this, we may:

  • Automatically upgrade shipping to expedited delivery where possible

  • Extend our customer support response time slightly, though we will continue to respond to all inquiries as promptly as possible

We recommend placing your orders early during busy periods to avoid potential delays and ensure timely delivery.

🚚 Standard & Express Delivery

  • Standard delivery: £3.99 (free for orders over £49)
  • Next Day delivery: £5.99 (selectable at checkout)

All orders are processed within 24h. Expedited delivery is subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock, the order will be shipped as soon as the product is available (usually within 24-48 hours).

📬 Couriers Used

We primarily use Royal Mail for deliveries, but also Yodel and FedEx depending on the size of the order and availability.

You will receive confirmation emails and, if applicable, notifications directly from the courier company (with an estimated delivery window). Please provide a mobile phone number during checkout for SMS notifications.

🏠 What Happens If You’re Not Home?

Couriers will attempt delivery the next day or offer options to reschedule/deliver to a collection point.

You can leave an authorized signed note to have the parcel left in a safe place — but this is at your own risk.

If you cannot receive the order, please email us at info@gymsupplementsuk.co.uk and we will try to have it left with a neighbor.

🕐 Processing Time & Order Cut-Off

Orders placed after 13:00 will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date, not from the order date.
