2. Ordering & Processing

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS instantly. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will be shipped same-day via DPD Local Next Day service.

If any item is out of stock (rarely), our team will contact you directly with alternatives or refund options.

3. Klarna Payments

We’ve partnered with Klarna to offer flexible payments:

Payments are handled by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Stockholm, Sweden. Your data is processed in line with UK data protection laws and Klarna's privacy policies.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened, unused products in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping.

We strive to keep all product information and stock availability up to date. However, we reserve the right to make changes or cancel orders when necessary.

In such cases, we’ll notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.
